Field Coordinator

We are looking for ambitious, experienced or willing to learn client facing researchers. We’re looking for professionals at various points for their careers with intellectual curiosity and passion for delivering impact outcomes.

 

  • Contribute effectively to client relationships through seeking knowledge and understanding of the client and their business environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding of job costing process and the importance of the effective financial management of projects.
  • Communicates clearly and objectively – written and spoken.
  • Ensure face-to-face data collection is delivered to the defined project briefs and conforms to the MRS Code of Conduct, ESOMAR and ISO20252 standards
  • Build and develop team capability.
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry out appropriate performance management activities.
  • Demonstrate an increasing understanding of the team and company strategy, business objectives, plans, and overall individual contribution to them.
  • Develop skills to give and receive constructive feedback within the team.
  •  Build effective relationships within the team, with operations colleagues, internal clients and with line manager, through honest and open relationships.
  • Responsible for client on day to day project basis, responding to queries on projects and broader business issues.
  • Promote and demonstrate creative thinking and solution focus
  • Demonstrate a willingness to embrace change for business improvement andclient focus.
  • Consistently comply with company’s operating practices and quality processes, e.g., costing procedures, fieldwork monitoring, timesheets, etc
  • Instill a strong teamwork culture, enabling flexible use of interviewers and materials by other sub regions and regions if required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Education

  • High School Diploma (Essential)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year in the market research managing field workers
  • Experience in MS Office (Essential)
  • Experience in People Management
