Heading is recruiting for its client, an Oil and Gas company, a Tax Support (M/F) to be based in Maputo.
Responsibilities
- Support on implementation process of VAT regularization notes;
- Internal flow review and improvement of the Process;
- Review of VAT settlement note records;
- Implement improvements on the Monthly VAT Clearance Process;
- Analyze the flow and implement controls to eliminate the loss of VAT deductibility due to weaknesses in the process;
- Support in communication with suppliers to stabilize submission and registration deadlines;
- Analyze and propose improvements to the entire chain of issuance and regularization notes;
- Support for other activities in the area that are compatible with the technical profile described below.
Deliverables
- Diagnostic report;
- Generate monthly performance indicators;
- Monitoring of fragile points unidentified;
- Monthly report of activities.
Technical Requirements
- More than 3 years experience;
- Training in accounting or taxation;
- Excel domain;
- SAP domain.
