The U.S. Embassy is recruiting a Customer Service Representative Supervisor, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

Description
  • The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Representative Supervisor
Duties
  • Incumbent directly supervises one Customer Service Representative. They report directly to the Management Counselor. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Customer Service Center (CSC) which provides an array of services to approximately 130 U.S. Direct Hire (USDH) employees, 155 eligible family members/members of household (EFM/MOH) and 485 Locally Employed (LE) Staff
  • The CSC Supervisor coordinates with the various sections and agencies to ensure that all required tasks are completed prior to the arrival of an Assigned American employee
  • Coordinates with various Management sections to ensure that departing American staff meet all out-processing requirements, such as turning-in U.S. Government (USG) property, ensuring that all bills are paid, and authorizing the release of the employee’s Household Effects (HHE) shipment
  • Incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for general and specific queries about Management services
  • Ensures that the CSC staff is kept current on all Department, Mission, and Post policies
