qualified and experienced

Payroll Administrator

Administering the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees will be one of the main tasks
of the Payroll Administrator. Communication-oriented professional who can work in a deadline-driven
environment while exceeding internal customer service expectations will be a great fit for this role.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Diploma in HR, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in payroll.
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese.

Knowledge:

  • Advanced Computer literacy: MS Office – full package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Publisher.
  • VIP / Sage 300.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Administer payroll for employees.

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills.
