Job Purpose:
Assist the Human Resource Manager in managing the company’s human resources effectively.
Division and Department: Human Resources
Level/ Band: L4
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep a proper filing and retrieval system for all HR related documents
- Maintain files for all HR transactions both internal and external
- Arrange for the due diligence, medicals and induction of new staff
- Introduce new employee to staff and department
- Monitor and maintain record of staff medical records
- Maintains up-to-date confidential human resources and departmental manuals and files.
- Schedule interviews, and assist in the recruitment process.
- Liaise with Heads of Division for staff annual leave Rooster
- Provide data for the processing of staff final entitlements.
- Manage attendance and leave registers and ensure compliance
- Assist the HR Manager in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Facilitate training and development
- Staff relations (Interdepartmental meetings, grievance handling, Medicals, marriages, Death etc)
- Any other job that may be given from time to time

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and good english knowledge

Salary: 30,000.00-40,000.00 MZN
