Offshore Stock Control & Warehouse Supervisor

 

Role:

Organize the Company strategy in the area of Inventory Accuracy and ensure an uninterrupted warehouse service in the best interest of the End User Departments. Reduce the warehouse service costs. Improvement of the warehouse services, development and introduction of new systems, aimed to increase warehouse effectiveness. Increase of warehouse services profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for the results and the effectiveness of the Stock Inventory optimization of materials belonging to Coral FLNG and more specifically:

  • To act as Inventory Team Leader and participate in the Quarterly and Annual Physical Inventories of goods belonging to the Company.
  • Responsible that all materials movements are recorded and tracked on SAP system.
  • Responsible for the correctness of data entries and material documents filing system.
  • To support onshore material management superintendent in the implementation of SAP system (Materials Management System).
  • To prepare material storage recommendations for the employees taking into account goods storing procedures, best counting practices, and easy material accessibility for the collection of orders.
  • Implement and update the MRP management system.
  • Participate in development and realization of procedures to increase the effectiveness of warehouse activities and proposals on warehouse services improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least high school diploma completed;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Material Management in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management.

Competencies:

  • Ability to operate independently.
  • Manages own time and establishes priorities.
  • Knowledge Acquisition and Application processes & procedures.
  • Proficient PC skills for MS office suite programs etc., also extensive knowledge and proficiency with Material management programs.
  • Good English in written & spoken.
