Transportes Lalgy is recruiting for a Health, Safety, and Environment Processes Specialist to join its team!
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement policies to establish a robust health and safety culture
- Manage the certification and qualifications of employees and subcontractors, including medical exams, training, and licenses.
- Manage documentation related to occupational health and safety, such as procedures, policies, and licenses.
- Analyze processes in the area and suggest improvements in work procedures
- Conduct audits of health and safety plans in the workplace.
- Conduct training on health and safety issues, as well as accident prevention.
- Present statistical reports on health and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related
ADDITIONAL TRAINING:
- ISO 45001, 9001 certification
- SAMTRAC
- Process Management
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Diligence and attention to detail.
- Proactivity
- Knowledge of the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
- Familiarity with the RACI matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed).
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
