Health, Safety, and Environment Processes Specialist

 


Transportes Lalgy is recruiting for a Health, Safety, and Environment Processes Specialist to join its team!

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement policies to establish a robust health and safety culture
  • Manage the certification and qualifications of employees and subcontractors, including medical exams, training, and licenses.
  • Manage documentation related to occupational health and safety, such as procedures, policies, and licenses.
  • Analyze processes in the area and suggest improvements in work procedures
  • Conduct audits of health and safety plans in the workplace.
  • Conduct training on health and safety issues, as well as accident prevention.
  • Present statistical reports on health and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related

ADDITIONAL TRAINING:

  • ISO 45001, 9001 certification
  • SAMTRAC
  • Process Management

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity
  • Knowledge of the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
  • Familiarity with the RACI matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed).
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
