Job Summary

To ensure efficient processing and control of cards operations functions in accordance established procedures with additional daily tasks as directed by the Cards Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for cards complaints handling
  • Responsible for reconciliation of cards General Ledger
  • Responsible for chargeback resolutions on SIMO, VISA and Mastercard
  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Maintaining a high level of performance to deliver effective and efficient cards complaints management and customer service
  • Providing quality training and coaching to the team to align operational requirements and competencies
  • Providing relevant and timely case data to the Cards Operations Manager
  • Identifying and analyzing root causes of complaints, engaging stakeholders on recommendations and driving implementation of continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure business continuity whenever necessary

Education

Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
