To ensure efficient processing and control of cards operations functions in accordance established procedures with additional daily tasks as directed by the Cards Operations Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for cards complaints handling
- Responsible for reconciliation of cards General Ledger
- Responsible for chargeback resolutions on SIMO, VISA and Mastercard
- Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the team
- Maintaining a high level of performance to deliver effective and efficient cards complaints management and customer service
- Providing quality training and coaching to the team to align operational requirements and competencies
- Providing relevant and timely case data to the Cards Operations Manager
- Identifying and analyzing root causes of complaints, engaging stakeholders on recommendations and driving implementation of continuous improvement activities
- Ensure business continuity whenever necessary
Education
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
