B2B Territory Manager Center

 

Main Purpose

  • Establishment and development of a Long term Commercial Relationship with existing/new customers.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure Customers are served well in accordance with Puma Energy standards.
  • Drive performance of Fuel business (including lubricants).
  • Manage key processes to ensure that all customers’ contractual & performance deliverables are achieved; which is critical to the success of the offer implementation and sustainability.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through best practices that considers meeting customers’ needs through stakeholders involvement.
  • Monthly Projection/forecast of:

Petroleum products volume demand

  • Determining Existing Customers / Prospects demand.
  • Assessing and considering the impact of seasonality in volume projections.
  • Explain reasons for variances in budgeted volume against actual realized volumes.
  • Aligning volume projections to the overall Company business objectives.
  • Liaise with Local Supply team to ensure adequate supply of fuel in the market at all times (zero out of stocks).

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Sales Objectives as stipulated in the Goal Setting document (posted in workday).
  • Customers acquisition targets.
  • Volume and Customer base Growth Objectives.
  • Gross margin targets.
  • Maintenance of effective professional business relationships with Customers and other internal / external stakeholders.

Set up the Petroleum Products Marketing and Sales strategy; to promote business activities and grow sales of Petroleum products (including Lubricants) to the B2B Customers base.

Maintain effective administrative control of:

  • KYC Processes/ Documentation.
  • Customer Contracts (Supply Agreements).
  • Sales Procedures.
  • Accounts receivables.
  • Price Build-ups.
  • Credit Policy: Payments terms, Credit Security, Credit Renewals, and Collections.

Track Competitors activities in the Industry:

  • Conduct marketing Intelligence to determine:
    • SWOT Analysis outcomes.
    • Selling prices comparisons.
    • Coverage strategies.

Perform/ discharge any other company duties as and when such duties are assigned to this Job Title by the B2B Manager or other Superior Authorities.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Mechanic, Electrical Engineering.
  • English fluent (written and verbally).
  • Master’s degree.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Demonstrated history of sales achievements.
  • Overall experience in the field 8-10 years.

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
